Benefits of the Asana

A way of accessing the mind and bringing awareness to negative thoughts and behaviors is through a physical practice. A pattern of unhealthy emotions over a long period of time does not mean it is inherently your state of being. You can use the asana (physical practice) to perform specific movements to manifest purposeful action for your mental and emotional conditions.
